FOREST (CONSERVATION) ACT, 1980
Using The Act for Development
(Under Publication)

Forests are not only notified and demarcated land but also ecosystem owned jointly by the community and the Government.

Historical injustices have been done to the community having rights and concession on such lands by denying them their dues by
INEPT forest officials.

People friendly forestry acts and rules but implemented stringently by unco-operative forest officials have choked the industrial growth of Jharkhand, the land of forests.

To bridge the gap and to educate the poor people of Jharkhand for their rights and to facilitate the economical and industrial growth with the motto.
